Festifair (Marysville, Ohio)

There’s something about a great small-town festival that simply can’t be recreated anywhere else and FestiFair in Historic Uptown Marysville has been perfecting it for 45 years.

For one Saturday each September, the streets surrounding Marysville’s Uptown Square transform into one of Central Ohio’s largest outdoor arts and crafts festivals. More than 250 artists, makers, food vendors, and small businesses fill the historic downtown as 12,000+ visitors come to shop, eat, listen to live music, explore the Uptown businesses, and spend the day discovering things they won’t find in a big-box store.

And with free admission, this is the kind of event worth making a day of.

Wander booth after booth of handmade pottery, jewelry, woodworking, art, seasonal décor, textiles, specialty foods and unexpected finds. Grab something delicious from the food vendors, duck into Marysville’s boutiques and restaurants, listen to live music, and enjoy the unmistakable energy that happens when an entire downtown comes out for the day.
