Watermelon-Elderberry Lemonade
Ingredients
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice1/2 cup Trisha’s Elderberries Elderberry Syrup or Elderberry Shrub
1/2 cup sugar or honey
6 cups water
Ice cubes
2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
Watermelon cubes and lemon slices for garnish
Directions
In a blender, puree the chopped watermelon with the lemon juice and Trisha’s Elderberries Elderberry Syrup or Shrub.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Stir in the sugar or honey and water until the sugar dissolves.
