Building your natural medicine cabinet can feel overwhelming. I’ve put together this quick-hit list of things that are a must-have.
Most people make the BIG mistake of thinking that they need to know more when moving to plant-based remedies vs actually buying a few tools and get started using them. The #1 way to see if they will work for you is, well, putting them to work.
Getting the right tools into your home is most important. Then, you simply choose a tool, use it and monitor your progress. Your journey might look completely different from someone else’s journey so don’t rob yourself with comparisons.
