Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Trisha’s Elderberries Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced peaches, elderberry syrup, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir well to combine, cover with a lid, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy!
