Trisha’s Elderberries is an artisanal, upscale online wellness boutique focused on crafting the very best natural wellness remedies.
We focus on a holistic health experience with an expertise in all things elderberry.

We empower women to stand up for their health freedoms about what they put in, on and around their bodies.
Unapologetically passionate about integrative nutrition, we encourage all women to advocate for their families’ rights to use natural wellness a first line of defense. That includes using elderberry-based products as they continue to build their at home apothecary of tools.
Trisha’s Elderberries is recognized as the #1 elderberry syrup brand in Ohio by integrative wellness practitioners, functional MDs, chiropractors, pediatricians, and pharmacists too.
Our elderberry products are handmade and use only the best of organic ingredients. We purchase fair trade when available to support our global partners.

You need quick, easy and effective ways to stay on your feet without clogging up your body with unhealthy junk – I totally get that. With 2 pre-teen homeschooled kiddos running around our house, we find that our hair is on fire most days, too and avoid processed stuff like the plague.
You’re not alone. We’re in this together. We find healthy habits that work and support each other along the way.
How we got started
In 1999, Trisha began studying aromatherapy and herbalism to experiment with plants and plant extracts to manage the post-graduation dread of “what am I going to do with
the rest of my life?” Plagued with panic attacks, migraines and anxiety, allopathic medicine was failing me on every level.
Quickly climbing the corporate digital marketing ladder escalated my stress levels to such enormous heights that I allowed myself to spiral into autoimmune, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut and a host of other medical issues that the doctors couldn’t figure out.
Their pharmaceutical cocktails were too much. I was exhausted. I needed better, faster, more effective ways to take care of myself with simple, easy to use tools.
In 2009 with the birth of our daughter, H1N1 was the pandemic du jour. Flu shots were being handed out like water and I was again, stressed to the max and now scared. I did not want to inject myself with the harmful chemical cocktail that would also pass straight through to my baby.
Already knee deep into aromatherapy, I wanted yet another immune supporting, plant-based tool for the Fall and Winter months. As I dove into my herbalism books for alternatives, I learned of this tiny purple berry loaded with incredible vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that have been used for years.
Immediately, I started telling other moms about this hidden gem. While I made my own elderberry syrup, I packaged dried herbs and posted-notes into ziplock bags, giving them to women in need.
Little did I know it, a glimmer of Trisha’s Elderberries began to sparkle.
From 2012 – 2016 she was a very humble side business selling DIY kits to friend and family.
I spent my weekend and weeknights teaching natural wellness classes to anyone who would listen to support our stay-at-ho
me dad lifestyle until I could build a nest egg to hang up the corporate heels and say goodbye.
In 2017, it was GO TIME, full time.
The rest, they say, is history. Trisha’s Elderberries is forever here.
I’m so glad you’re a part of our family.
