Elderberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1T Trisha’s Elderberries Elderberry Syrup or Elderberry Shrub
A sprinkle of chia seeds

Directions
Blend ingredients in a blender until creamy and smoothe.
